K-Con Sponsors the "Wreaths Across America" project. “For Vets” and the Patriot Guard Riders are sponsored the Wreaths across America project. Six wreaths honoring each branch of the military and POW/MIA’s were laid during a ceremony at Beaufort National Cemetery on December 14th, 2006. The 20 Fastest Growing  Companies in the Region   On Thursday, 26th January, 2006, the Charleston Regional Business Journal announced the 2006 20 Fastest Growing Companies in the Region, at an award ceremony held at the Mills House Hotel in Charleston. K-Con's president Pat Kiernan was very proud to accept the award for being the number 4 Fastest Growing Company in the Region.  This is the second year that K-Con, Inc. has been honored, placing no. 1 in 2005.                       In November 2005, K-Con was also honored by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, in association with Elliott Davis, as one of the Top 25 Fastest Growing Companies in South Carolina for the second year. K-Con placed 12th in the state.
