for the Air and Army National Guard
at Warner Robins Air Force Base, GA.
 
This project included:
  • Engineering and design with full PE stamped drawings
  • Concrete to include floor slab, isolated support pads for simulators, heavy reinforced slab for equipment loading,  recessed floor in the computer room, and a pad in the OFT section
  • One hour fire rated walls dividing the OFT and FUT buildings
  • Climate controlled computer room with chilled water Liebert system and access floor
  • Wet-pipe fire sprinkler system with Monaco transmitter panel compatible with existing base systems
  • Complete electrical systems to include a 750 kva service transformer, all isolation transformers, ground mounted package unit mechanical equipment and high bay lighting
  • Heat and AC in dual modes to allow for High bay coiling automatic doors to be open when simulator exhaust is present. Separate AC and Heat systems for the OFT Simulator area and the computer room
