• Concrete pad, asphalt aprons, drive and parking lot
• A masonry battery room within the pre-engineered metal building
• Site utility service lines
• Interior caging and partitioning to separate areas of the building for storage
• HVAC, floor drains, fire sprinkler, and ventilation system
