K-Con, Inc. recently completed a 3,304 square foot half-height block storage warehouse building in Ohio at Camp Ravenna for the Army National Guard. This design-build pre-engineered metal building provides interior office spaces, restrooms and conference room, mechanical and IT rooms. The turn-key building project included a standing seam metal insulated roof, insulation, site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, HVAC, interior and exterior lighting, concrete slab, vestibule, and sidewalks. The contract was executed with K-Con’s GSA schedule (link to K-Con’s GSA webpage). Turn-key building project completed in just 3 months.
