This was a design/build project and included demolition of an existing building, site preparation, concrete, pre-engineered metal building installation, and six foot high caging. 4,800 SF.

Interior finishes in the service/waiting area and electrical were also included. The original design was improved upon to add trench drains.

The building was completed three months ahead of the contractual completion date.
