Spruill Avenue Flex Space

K-Con recently completed an approximately 4,100 SF multi-tenant new construction project on Spruill Ave in North Charleston, SC. The structure consists of an engineered metal building with storefront glass and doors, 12’ x 12’ glass and steel overhead doors, insulated panel walls and roof, concrete wainscot, and a stepped parapet roofline. The interior consists of three suites – one built to suit and two for future tenant buildout. The completed suite includes a kitchenette, restroom, shower, and a reinforced upper storage area.
