K-Con, Inc. recently completed an exterior renovation of a former church building into a commercial business space on Spruill Avenue in North Charleston, SC. The 5,000 square foot commercial building was renovated starting with the removal and disposal of existing vinyl siding, windows, doors, columns, gable vents, canopies, and mailbox.
K-Con, Inc. turned this space into commercial lease space on Spruill Avenue with new Tyvek building wrap, new Hardi Plank siding, columns, louvered openings, canopies, storefront glass, doors, and framing of expanded openings, drywall, and paint. This renovation/revitalization only took 36 days and was ready for tenant move-in.
