Pat Kiernan


Patrick (Pat) started K-Con back in the 80’s. Driven by a constant desire to grow a business that focused on making customer’s lives easier, Pat has focused on numbers of ways that Design and Construction CAN be made easier. Constant communication, a true focus on working with and anticipating the needs of the customer have lead K-Con towards tried and true methods of performance. Married to Trina for 30 years with 3 fantastic children, Pat is extremely happy spending time just about anywhere with his family.

Mike Kiernan

Vice President

Mike co-founded K-Con with his business partner and brother. Mr. Kiernan grew up in the prefabricated industry, installing his first building at age 15.  Since that time, he has performed and managed most every aspect of the pre-engineered and prefabricated building industry. Mike has been married to his college sweetheart, Noelle, for 31 years and they have four children together. He enjoys spending time with his family and being active with his church.


Ron Revia

Business Development Manager

Ron Revia began his career in the 90s as a licensed contractor in Alabama.  Prior to joining the K-Con team, Ron was a Project Manager focused on healthcare and multifamily construction.  Over the past twenty years, Ron held positions across multiple channels of the construction industry working for general contractors, building material suppliers and manufacturers.  A recognizable member of the building science community, Ron has spoken at numerous construction conferences across the Southeastern US and has taught more than one hundred face-to-face continuing education courses to architects, engineers and facilities management personnel.  He has also completed specialized training for the construction and maintenance of shielded enclosures.  Ron is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University and enjoys spending his time off with his wife Stephanie, their five children and one grandchild.

Ben Watson

Project Manager

Ben has 20 years of military experience between active duty and the reserves to include multiple deployments, as well as 16 years of experience in the construction industry between superintendent and project manager roles for commercial and government projects. When not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.


Candice Joyner

Project Administrator

Candice has been a part of the K-Con team since 2015, she brings many years of project planning and executive assistant experience. Candice assists the Project Manager and Superintendents with the overall daily project operations. She enjoys developing lasting relationships with all of K-Con’s clients, staff, and subcontractors. Outside of work, you can find Candice and her husband cheering for their daughter (Layla) as she plays competitive travel softball and their son (Jaxsyn) as he plays Coach Pitch/Soccer. Candice also loves football, she is a huge Florida State Seminoles and NY Giants fan.


Chrissy Garner

Accounting, Payroll and Insurance

With a background in the accounting field, Chrissy joined the K-Con family in 2005. She works closely with our team to ensure our accounting, payroll and business insurances run smoothly. She values the leadership, team work and perseverance that K-Con has maintained over the years. When not in the office or cheering at her daughter and son’s games, she enjoys relaxing and spending time with her family, friends and two dogs.


Dan D’Orio

Construction Operations Manager

Dan has been involved in the construction industry since 1985 and received his engineering degree in 1992.  His experience has included a broad range of roles – Laborer, Estimator, PM, Engineer, and Senior Management.  At K-Con, he thoroughly enjoys the variety of working within all facets of the business and directly with every employee.  His favorite part of K-Con is the people that he is fortunate to work with daily.  In his down time, he appreciates spending time with his wife of nearly 30 years, two adult children and rooting on his favorite teams – Ohio State and all teams Cleveland.

Eric R Combs

Chief Financial Officer

Eric has been with K-Con since 1996. He came on board with extensive experience in retail, human resources, small business start-ups, and mergers and acquisitions. He has since amassed extensive experience in progressive management, design-build, construction, and government contracting. As CFO, Eric plans, directs, and coordinates all operational, administrative, accounting functions to ensure that corporate goals and objectives are accomplished. He is also the corporate liaison for all legal and accounting matters. When Eric is not at work, he is spending time with Mary, his best friend and wife of 34+ years, and his children and grandchildren every chance he gets.


Chris Terry

Director of Preconstruction & Estimating

Prior to joining us in 2019, Chris had 35 years in the construction industry, ranging from residential to retail, commercial and industrial. He has earned 14 different industry certifications and designations, and was the first residential green building certifier in SC; he certified the 1st ever HGTV green home in 2008! Chris has a unique position here at K-Con where he designs/draws the concepts that our customers dream about, not just crunching numbers. Outside of work, his three daughters are his biggest priority – this means lots of volleyball, softball, dance, fishing and camping! He also enjoys ”photography art” as an outlet.


Melissa Dodson

Project Administrator

Melissa joined K-Con in 2004 bringing with her 6 years of experience as a project coordinator in the heavy steel fabrication and ship repair industry with many projects serving the U.S. Military. She appreciates the opportunity to work closely with the clients, subcontractors and engineers, while forming strong relationships along the way. Melissa does all she can to ensure the project is delivered to the satisfaction of the client and that K-Con’s high standards of quality and commitment are met. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking for family and friends, going to concerts (especially Pearl Jam), boating, watching Yankees baseball with her partner, Brian, and relaxing with her two dogs Lola and Truman.


Skip Reitmeier

Project Manager

Skip worked in commercial and defense construction for 29 years before coming to K-Con in 1999. He has worked on projects throughout the US, Japan, Korea and Saudi Arabia. He enjoys the unique challenges that project mangagement provides every day. It is gratifying to fight through those challenges and see a project through to completion. Skip spends his time outside of work with his wife, 3 children, 7 grandchilddren and two dogs. He also enjoys sports, woodworking, and serving as an ordained member of the clergy at Church of the Holy Cross on Sullivan’s Island.


Jesse Wahl

Greg Crabtree

Assistant Project Manager

Greg joined the K-Con Team in early 2022, making a shift from a brief stint in residential construction. After graduating from The Citadel, he has worked on a myriad of projects for both government contractors working disaster relief efforts, to corporate America where he led a handpicked team that was brought in to upgrade and modernize IT systems for some of the nations most recognizable names. A certified Liaison Officer via the SCNG and with several years of experience serving as a Sheriff’s Deputy, Greg brings a unique mix of people skills, adaptability and operational management that he is looking forward to contributing to K-Con’s continued success. Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, escaping to the mountains and anything with his dog Dozer.
